This was a complicated project to draw the rod and create a single glazed panel door with multiple joints, and pieces of timber. The dimensions of the door are 1100mm x 520mm. instead of using a sheet of glass we used a sheet of MDF held in by a bead on each side. the sheet is kept in with a bead nailed and cut with mitre joints in the corner. The beading sits 6mm out from the door from the door frame.
It has a top rail, and bottom rail. The bottom Rail is made of various pieces of timber joined using a feather joint.
